50 cl bottle @ HeBF’13, BBE07.03.2013
Aroma is stale with mash, grainy notes, some honey and hints of moldy cellar. Flavour is quite unpleasant with some moldy cellar notes, honey, cardboard and hints of wood. Finishes with harsh bitterness and gooseberry bush. Perhaps a bit past of its prime?

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
50cl can. Aroma of steel can, and faint whift grassy hops. Golden, clear pour with frothy head and 0 lacing. Head goes in 20 seconds. Gently sweet, with some mild bitternes in the middle, and a watery finish. Light bodied brew with emaciated texture and soft carbonation. Overall, it is a well balanced, gentle, watery drink for hot summer day.

i suppose you can describe it as "gold", but really straw yellow with a small head. smell is grassy with a tiny bit of strawberry jam. taste is bitter, clean, fruity hops with a bit of raspberry/jam, spiciness, a lasting taste. palate is good, appropriate for a pils/real lager. summary: a czech beer rarely lets me down.
