2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
500 ml can, bought in a polish shop in Arnhem. Poured into my Guinness pint glass. ABV 6%
NIce appearance with deep yellow golden colour, and two fingers of white, soapy head. Low to average retention.
Not much of an aroma, just a usual lager smell and even that, quite faint.
Malty sweetness on the taste. Aftertaste very slighty bitter.
Thin body, average carbonation.
Overall, drinkable and somehow enjoyable, but a bit boring nevertheless.

A Can. Smells sweet malt. Tastes of sweet malt. Can't taste any hops myself. Drinkable if not good.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle shared with McTapps. Simple malty aroma with medium carbo. Pours in golden and offers a strange cereal taste. Palate is awfully bitter and kind of "empty". Just drinkable.

Bottle shared with MichaelBruch. Deep golden colour with low head. Nose of bitter hops. Taste of mild hops that ends bitter, mild citrus fruits and grains. Okay, but far behind delicious.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Distinct aroma of yeast with a note of hop. Yeasty, a little watery and hoppy taste. Not very bad, but nothing to wrote home about, either.

500ml can from local East European shop. I’ve often passed this by in the shops because I thought I’d had it - but it was the Zubr Premium I’d had. Chrissie got it for me as part of a bunch of beers for my birthday. As it turns out, the majority of them are scoops! The beer is actually a little boring. A sweetish pale lager with modest hops. Not quite strong enough to be interesting - but sort of heading there. A bit grainy and almost syrupy.
