2.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20
A golden pour with a very thin head; the aroma is of hops...noble hops, maybe? Palate is a bit on the sharp side...it’s got the daggers in my tongue. The flavour is that repetitive lager taste, premium or not...some mild malt tempered with what one hopes is hops. This was a gift (if one can call it that) for the holidays. Thank goodness. I understand why I’ve never bought this before. Now on to the other easteurolagers my inlaws saw fit to give me...

Nothing special here. But that isn’t a bad thing. Moderately sweet pilsner, not much of a head or aroma, but very refreshing. The taste sticks with you.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
The bison is a fairly popular animal among beer labels. Saw this on sale at the LC so I thought I’d give it a try. Pours golden with a long lasting head. The nose is hoppy with hints of burnt sugar. Faint corn syrup taste mingles with malt and hops. Even bitterness through to the finish. (500ml bottle)

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Can. It pours a clear, golden body under a finger-thick white head. Fruityness, grains and malty sweetness on the nose. Yellow apples and some pears. A hint of cooked vegetables. The flavor is on the fruity side, with some bitterness showing up towards the very end. A decent one, but not very interesting in any way

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Dobrze posiedzieć przy żubrze. Ładny klarowny żółciutki kolorek, odrobina mocy 6%, fajny smaczek - polecam.

Golden color, head leaves a thin layer quite quickly. Toasted bread in aroma and flavor, some grassy components. The bitterness is a bit suppressed.

2.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Slightly darker than the standard commercial pale lager. Grainy aroma. Sweet taste and not bad mouthfeel but other than that a little boring. A little better than most standard commercial lagers though.

1.7 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 7/20
Disgusting aroma, smelling almost rancid. Taste is surprisingly inoffensive considering the smell. Very slight hop bitterness over a very bland sweet malt. At least the clean finish avoids the unpleasant aftertaste commonly found in typical macro-brews.

2.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
500ml bottle, in wroclaw poland. pours nice with a decent head that unfortunately disappears fast. nice fresh hoppy aroma. Boring taste, not much excitement in the mouth. Definitely not the greatest here, but then again, there aren’t too many polish lagers that i’d classify as "drinkable". grab the porter that is sitting next to this in the store, there is no reason to punish yourself with bad beer in poland.
