Bottle 50 cl from 3 Sinne in Steffisburg (CH). Golden blond, effervescent and persistent white foam. Malty perfume, sweet and fruity. Greedy beer, indeed in mouth, with notes of orange, spices and smoke. A beer, at the middling label that attracts the attention yet. Rubbings of bitterness in the final, a length malt and smoke. Note for collectors: the label is of very poor quality.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Cloudy golden, lively airy head. Corky fruity nose. Sweet and fruity, light-medium bodied with spritzy mouthfeel. Flavour of dusty cork and apple. Low bitterness. In possession of rustic charm, but with some annoying flavour components.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Bov. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is fruity and yeasty. Phenolic to estery flavoured with a nice fruity note showing through. Ends dry and yet with a sweet fruity impression. Dry estery lingering into the far finish.

Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of Bov. It pours a murky orange beer with a wonderfully remaining lacing off-white head. Yeasty aroma of tarragon, clove, paté, charcoal and coriander- reminiscent of belgian wit. Slightly astringent acidic taste with some candy coming through after a few sips- lovely. Medium bodied. Low bitterness. Nice creamy palate. White grapes, beech wood, clove and orange peel in the finish which is nicely smoky and remarkably long. Slight fish appearing late in the aftertaste. A beer with plenty of character. I enjoyed the taste more than the aroma. Thanks a lot Bov!

from Bierladen, Schwarzenburg - pours a cloudy dark blond colour with a solid and persistent white foam; nice lace; unexpected notes of smoked malts in the nose (nothing on the label indicates this could be a smoked beer) along with spicy and herbal notes; rather full-bodied and with a regular carbonation; decently tasty and lightly bitter; long smokey and earthy malty finish - a beautiful beer
