This Double IPA’s brash leafy and citrusy hops force themselves onto the supporting caramel malts, leading to an expectedtly longlasting resinous finish.
Further Personal Perceptions :
-A veil of foam tops the hazy amber.
-The soft carbonation leaves plenty of room for the hops to express themselves.
-Most of the hops used feel like high alpha hops meant to be used for bitterness.
-Hops could have been brighter, especially in the aroma.

Botella. Color dorado palido con una gran corona blanca densa. Aroma citrico, especiado y mucha malta. En boca citrica, fruta y pan. Postgusto seco largo y citrico

Cerveza de color ambar y con una espuma consistente en el vaso. En gusto es bastante amarga pero las maltas enmascaran un poco el amrgor.

Botella de 33 cl. Excelente aroma y presencia con un color ambar claro, un poco turbio, un aroma a lúpulo por todos los lados y una densa espuma muy duradera. En boca no refleja los 100 IBUS que dice tener pero se notan muchos. Retrogusto deliciosamente amargo.

Color ataronjat fosc tirant a marró amb una escuma groguenca, fa molt bona pinta. Cos i carbonització adequats. Llupolada i floral pel que fa al nas, a la boca s’aprecia més la malta però sense perdre gens d’amargor. El sabor és bo, tot i que em lliga més un final més sucós i no tant sec al paladar. Bé en general.

Bottled. Cloudy brown colour with a creamy and frothy white head with an excellent duration. Aroma is hoppy and fruity. Flavor is dominated by orange peel notes and citrus, pine, resins and malts. The final has a decent bitterness, really 100 IBUs are not very present, smooth on palate and throat. Soft carbonation with an oily texture.

75cl bottle at El Pedal, Madrid. Pours hazy amber with a small, off-white head. Fruity and hoppy aroma with tropical fruit, peach, citrus and malt. Fruity and bitter with a dry and citrusy finish. Aftertaste of grapefruit. Nice and refreshing IPA! (2012-08-17)

Light unclear medium amber orange colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, dusty, moderate hoppy, grass, orange - citrus, dusty, maybe old UK hops ! Initial flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter, middle flavour is moderate sweet and heavy bitter, finish flavour is again moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long long duration, dry, old hops, dusty hops, UK hops ? Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120529]
