Dark brown/mahagony color, small head that leaves laces. Ligh sour, black berry nose. Slightly sour taste that seems to come from some strawberry taste. A bit thin and to fast diminishing taste.

Deep mahogany color, low tight dimishing head. Sweet caramelly nose with a slight sourness. Berry tastes, brown sugar, and a light woody end. Somewhat sour, but not really. Clear, straightforward and enjoyable.

Musty and vinous aroma with light barnyard character offers up suggestions of molasses, peaches and plums. Opaque dark brown body with low tan head that recedes rapidly to ring. Mildly sour dark fruit flavour has hints of chocolate, honey, plums, grapes and brown sugar. Medium body is somewhat sticky with low to fair carbonation. Bottle (BB Sep-06) sampled at Plan B in Copenhagen.

Dark brown colour with no head. The aroma is of plums, figs, dark malts and port-soaked wood notes. Light body. Slightly acidic finish, but the flavours overall are quite sweet with notes of plums, brown sugar and wood. A little bit uneventful, though - this is a simple beer. That said, still pleasant and perfectly drinkable.

Bottled: Reddish brown coloured. Quite clear. Fluffy beige head. Berries and fruit in the nose. Quite sweet. Flavour is overly sweet for a flemish sour IMO. Is very smooth and easy to drink, but lacs some acidity and sourness, I think. Ends on a sweet and berryish note. Too vague in the aroma and flavour for my likings.

Nice dark brown colour with a small head. Aroma is a litle bit sour, typically "Vlaams Oud Bruin" Old brown beer. Taste is smouth, hint of sourness. Smouth and refreshing beer.
