Bottle at Lemmy’s. Deep orange-brown, cloudy with a low, fine head. Jammy orange, apricot, honey and biscuit nose. Spicy marmalade, yeast, sweet malts. Ok but nothing exciting happening.

33cl bottle@home in Trappist glass @ approx 10 degrees C. Pours dark copper red with frothy beige head. Nicely balanced aroma of yeast, malt and apple. Taste of bread, slightly burned caramel and malt, hop, apple, herbs, fruitcake and with an interesting bitttersweet grapefruit twang in the long aftertaste. Very complex yet drinkable and balanced. I like this newcomer, so keep up the good work!

330ml bottle from Belgium in A Box - Pours a beautiful hazy bronze fluid with a huge frothy off-white head. Aroma is sweet with honey, figs and malts. Nice sweet and balanced taste. It’s okay, but I’ve had many better Tripels.

Aroma: Malt, hops, sultana, caramel. Appearance: Amber colored, foamy. Taste/Palate: Fruity, slightly sweet, caramel, sultana, slightly bitter at the end. A really odd tasting triple beer, but it works.

330 ml bottle. BB 10/07/16. From bierzwerg.de.
Cloudy copper amber colour with a mid-size foamy light tan head. Chocolate mousse, biscuit, cookies, grainy malt and some bread in the aroma. The flavour is yeast, smooth hops, cookies, bready malt and smooth chocolate notes. Quite exceptional for a Trappist beer.

This beer looks good, nice coper color, nice off-white lasting head. Aroma is mostly sweet, caramel. Taste has some honey, bitter finish, some characteristic of an Orval. Good, but not exceptional.

Beautiful ruby red-brown beer with a crisp white bubbly head and nice carbonation. Smell is caramel sweetness with honey and a touch of alcohol, contrasted against a hoppy salty bitterness. Hint of lemon and leather. Bitter sweet taste with nice fizziness and an oily bitter resin finish. Alcohol bitterness.
