Buddel: Almost clear, copper coloured, smaller loose off-white head; moderate to solid sweet caramelly and fruity (dried fruits) nose with a shy, but distinctive herbal-hoppy background; solid sweet flavour, soft and almost full bodied; warming alcohol in the otherwise robust sweet and also pleasantly bitter finish. Likeable Bier...

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Shared 33cl bottle. Pours a pale amber color with an off-white head. Aroma of malt, alcohol, fruit, spice and yeast. Taste follows nose. More emphasis on malt and less emphasis on fruitiness and spices than traditional tripels. Okay.

Aroma: lots of orange and spice; Appearance: hazy amber pour with thin white head that lingers; Taste: follows nose but with more cereal notes; Palate: medium body with long, sweet finish; Overall: a decent tripel but would probably go with higher rated belgians if given a choice.
