Bottle, thx to papsoe. A clear, quite pale golden beer with a white head. Grainy nose with pale malt and a gentle fruityness. More evident fruityness in the mouth, with grains and pale malt in a quite nice blend. Rather thin on the palate, and finishing grainy and fruity. A quite nice kölsch, refreshing and sessionable. Tasting at my place. Courtesy of Yngwie & Gunnfryd. Light golden with notes of flower, light fruit and malt in the aroma. The flavour is uncomplicated, perhaps a bit boring, but uncomplicated with notes of flower, malt and light fruit.

Bottle at ZBF 08. Clear pale gold, bit warm, but still got that light lemony kolsch drinkable thing going on . Good hops on finish. It’s pretty good. Nice kolsch. I would like to try it again cold. Thanks to the CapedBrewsader for this and now I know why I recognised him as we sat together in the Kulminator last year after LCRBM3

ZBF 2008 Trade with Koelschtrinker: Light gold with a small white head. A little light struck but that blows off quickly. Some light noble hop aroma, very low citrus and some saltine crackers. Flavor is of lightly toasted white bread with touch of caramel. Quite simple on the tongue. Gentle hops in the middle, then ending with honey and the faintest hop.
