4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
A very good wheat ale, pretty light bodied and not super carbonated, the sweetness isn’t overdone, great beer and probably the one that would go best with the pizzas!

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Yellow pour, thin, white head. Nose is light-roasted grain. Taste - balanced, but bland for me. A bit thin for a wheat beer. Not bad. Definitely drinkable.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Slightly hazy golden amber with a rim head and a mottled coat of lace. Taste is semi-sweet wheat that adds mild fizzy bittering through the palate; grows a little more bitter in a lingering finish. Drinkable, forgettable.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft to taster at ZwanzigZ. Looks solid; dark for a wheat though. A cloudy brownish orange with thin white head. Smells very mild with light notes of honey and wheat. Tastes like it smells, only more robust, and with a touch of citrus. Good on the palate with a creamy mouthfeel. Not bad.

Draft. Cloudy light amber. Short, off-white head. Aroma of toasted grain, honey. Hint of floral hops. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation. The beer is about the malts and sweet honey. Easy drinking.

3.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Tap...pours cloudy amber, very little head....nose is very mild, faint honey....thought there were hints of roasted sugar....Taste is smooth malt, light honey, grain...Very smooth beer, subdued... easily drinkable...a very nice beer...this offering is also new, the brewery has only been up and running for a few weeks. As with the other offerings I anticipate some great things with some seasoning.....Good Job, Z!
