Fizzy carbonation, refreshing, notes of wood, fruits, dark malts, tobacco, high fermentation acids. Smells of bananas, cloves, some floral hints, caramel and sweet malt. Tastes of up front bananas, roses, caramel, toffee, sweet malt, hints of pepper. Mouthfeel is viscous. Finish is bold and sweet. Clear, golden pour with an off-white head. Cellar, caramel and some fruity, pear I think, in the aroma. The flavor had caramel, some cellar, and a hint of pear. Medium body. Taste is crisp with malt, hops and some caramel.
