Hazy yellow golden colour with a small white head. Yeast, wheat, dryness, mild toffee sweetness and bread in the aroma. The flavour is wheat, yeast, dry grainy maltiness and some caramel sweetness. Mild bitterness in the aftertaste. Very fizzy.

UPDATED: MAR 23, 2012 The aroma is not what I expected from the style with very little bubble gum, cloves, or banana. It does have some wheat and a touch of grass. The appearance is hazy gold with a large head that fades to nothing. The taste is like the aroma. The palate is thin. Overall it’s actually an easy drinking beer despite the fact that it’s not a good example of the style.

Maria (10188) - Thisted, DENMARK - MAR 9, 2012
Big chuncks of yeast still float inside the bottle even after rolling, and it shoots out of the bottle upon opening. The color is unclear golden and the head is loose. The aroma has notes of baking yeast, yeast, light banana and wheat. The flavour is sweet, round and mellow with pleasant notes of yeast banana/fruit, wheat and the finish is slightly spicy.

Floral banana aroma with hints of nutmeg. The beer pours a slightly hazy gold witha thick white head. Banana and citrus up front with clove and a very dry finish. Not bad at all.

Grima (2154) - Saarburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - SEP 24, 2011
The beer in the glass is very cloudy, orange-brown, with pearly white head. It smells yeasty and sour, slightly fruity and spicy. Starts yeasty and sour, with fruity accents and a slight spiciness. The middle part is yeasty, creamy, very mild, with a slight fruity sweetness in the background. Goes into a mild yeasty-fruity, sour and spicy finish!
