3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Big chuncks of yeast still float inside the bottle even after rolling, and it shoots out of the bottle upon opening. The color is unclear golden and the head is loose. The aroma has notes of baking yeast, yeast, light banana and wheat. The flavour is sweet, round and mellow with pleasant notes of yeast banana/fruit, wheat and the finish is slightly spicy.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
The beer in the glass is very cloudy, orange-brown, with pearly white head. It smells yeasty and sour, slightly fruity and spicy. Starts yeasty and sour, with fruity accents and a slight spiciness. The middle part is yeasty, creamy, very mild, with a slight fruity sweetness in the background. Goes into a mild yeasty-fruity, sour and spicy finish!

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle 50cl. A Weizen without wheat malt? Odd brew with a yeasty harshness and very slim body, I miss the freshness and the volume of the style. Watery. Not a must have!

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
(bottle) Cloudy, light-amber colour with a huge and stable off-white foamy head. Discreet aroma: yeasty and sweet malty, moderately wheaty nose with cloves and a whiff of citrus and banana. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Malt-accented taste with moderately wheaty and rather restrained fruity accents, accompanied by clovy spices; sweet malty and delicately fruity finish. Drinkable but a tad too sweet. 03.XII.10

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle: Deep golden, cloudy, no head to speak of; vegetables and sweet wheat-malt in the nose, faint traces uf roasted malt and dust underneath; moderate dryish sour-sweet flavour, a bit fizzy, light to medium bodied; sweetish-wheaty finish with a slight fruity acidity and a slight tartness in the aftertase. Not bad, but not really satisfying.....

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
(Bottle 50 cl) Beautiful golden beer, only slightly hazy with a lively head that almost spurts out of the bottle when the cap is removed. Very fruity with a citrusy freshness and a touch of acidity. Almost no bitterness. A very classical Hefe of top quality. 030401
