3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Climbing sudsy formations over brass, misty if you want it. Metallic-sniffing foam collapsing into herbal parsley sweetness as it mellows, banana candy suggestions, good solid pine needle and marmalade hops, booze, furniture, yeast, dried coriander leaf. Warming to this cheeky little oinker. Dusty spice, esters, hop tang, dryness, evergreen, glow and prickling fizz; bilious at first but insinuating itself down my neck like the charming little piglet of fizz it is.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. The white creamy-foamy head is large and stays quite long. The body is clear and dark yellow. The aroma is very yeasty, light fruity and sweet, a little bit of alcohol. Overall a nice aroma. The taste is quite sour, especially the finish which is very long. The body is creamy and dry, quite strong with a lot of carbonation. A really nice strong ale.
