Light light unclear medium to dark red amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, bread, roasted, caramel, dusty, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090209]

The bottle is okay, the beer in the glass looks really good. Tastes strong, roast malty and a little bit smoky. Very good!

Bottle. Hops, caramel, and chocolate in the aroma, some malt sweetishness. Pours a clear, dark, carbonated ruddy brown, head was a lacing light brown before it died. Taste is sweet and very hoppy with roasted flavors, chocolate, caramel. Medium body, velvety smooth. Hoppy, medium-dry finish. Another good one!

Bottled. An ambewr beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, and a bit of hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, and a bit of hops, leading to a lightly bitter finish.
