I certainly wasn't expecting the wallop of corn I got when I sipped this one. Sweet like honey, and grainy - body would've actually been too thin if not for the grain texture. I remember liking their porter though.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: JAN 7, 2004 Simple, clean, and refreshing... nothing exciting, but not too shabby. Can't really get to descriptive about these pilsner/light type beers... all pretty simular. Slight hop bite.

0.9 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20
A very disappointing Polish beer, considering the exposure it has in Eastern Europe. There is no "bad batch" of this beer - it is just a substandard beer. "Very tough to drink" is about the best way to describe it. I was barely able to finish my second sip. The hops perfume found its way to my nose all right, and it didn't get the welcome mat.

1.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
I dont know why other dont think this but my tasting of this beer was not pleasurable. Did I get a bad batch or does it always taste much too sweet and too rich? I coudnt taste through this 'honey' to appreciate any other flavours in the beer. I think this beer was very tough to drink. The worst thing was i had 500ml of it to get through.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Aroma was nice slightly floral and very inviting. Poured a very clear yellow with a nice white fluffy head that lasted. Hop background flavour with an overall sweetness. Well carbonated and quite thin makes this a good session drink. Definately drinkable.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
very light yellow, like cheap brass bells, toggles and lamp ornaments. head was as fluffy white as a new hotel towel. impressive is the perfume of hops that finds it's way to your nose without any coaxing. brassy again, but not cheap this time: saaz meets iceberg lettuce, almost green corn organic freshness combining cracker malts and pine needle hoppiness. served very chilly, it has a nice simultaneous bite of carbonation and moderate bitterness with a firm white-toast foundation.

Light gold colour. Grassy, slightly herbal (sage, thyme) notes. Clean, quick finish. Simple, occasionally satisfying.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Decent golden lager. Some decent hops and a little bit sweeter than expected. Pretty light. Overall it was pretty average.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Golden light color with a nice sized head (based on the rest of the impression) and lacing. Aroma is very lightly malty with adjunts. Flavor is well balanced with bitter hops and a malty sweet finish. The mouthfeel ends spicy but is not too impressionable. eh.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a dirty yellow color, sporting no head or lace. Yeah, not a lot of nose on this one. Malt and hop aromas is about the only thing present. Very light flavors of sweet malts. Nothing else really. Pretty average.
