Sparkling pale golden with small white head. Delicate malty nose. Balanced hop and malt flavor, but not well blended, (I notice a separation). Medium body. Short dry finish. Kinda what I expected. I think it is well made, but doesn't excite me to much. But I like these beers on a warm Arizona day.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Draught. Drunk on location in the main square of Krakow. Golden to light golden in colour, it had a bright white head, with moderate, refreshing gas that settled down to leave a lacy finish. Fresh crisp malt, slightly grainy middle with lacklustre finish. I wish I had of known about their porter, I didn't come across it anywhere.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
This beer poured a light gold color and fromed a nice foamy white head that left some trace lace as it subsided. A small amount of carbonation was present. It had an aroma of hops and grain with a touch of caramel. The flavor was of hops, grain and citrus with a touch of sweetness slightly hinting of caramel in the finish. Now technically I believe this to be a pilsner rather than a lager, and I think it does a fine job of it. Some of reviews had me fearful from getting it from less than my steller store manager who would never allow the clear glass to be exposed lone enough to be subject to skunkiness.

Golden color, little head. Slightly fruity, sweet and pretty alcoholic flavour which reminds of a light bock. Sweet aftertaste. Thin body. Not really well balanced.

Faint malty aroma. Yellow golden color, white head, no lace. Sweet, little malty, no hops. Short finish. Boring.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A nice basic light beer. Full light is definitely a good name for this beer (light in color, taste and overall mouthfeel). I would say that appearance is the best thing this beer has going for it. Nice crisp golden color with a decent head and a suprisingly above average show of brussels lace.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: OCT 28, 2003 Bottle with a "Beer Thermometer" on the label - "Refrigerate, wait until Zywiec logo appears. That indicates ideal drinking temperature" - WOW. Straw color with a bubbly white head. Light malt aroma and a somewhat noble hops undertone. Sweet pale malt and a biting hops bitterness. Some dry floral petunia flavors. Quite light in feel and alcohol does rear its head a bit. Too biting and unbalance.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
(500ml Bottle) Pours a near headless beer with a simple golden body. Refreshing nose of hops with subtle notes of malt - can best be described as 'cheerful'. Nice hop flavours with a slight bitter finish. Thin and uncomplex but with a nice malty-ness that would make it rate higher than Carlsberg. Above average - best served very cold.

A disheartened haystack in a pool of transparent banality...A stubborn hop aftertaste acts as a semblance of complexity...The perfect compliment to hamburgers and Doritos...not to a tasting session...
