Pours clear golden. Nice white head. Smells like a malty cheap lager with hints of grass. Medium dry with a strange metallic aftertaste. Very little hops. Seems stronger than 5.5%?

Bottle. Pours clear golden yellow. Grain/grass aroma. Medium carbonation with light mouthfeel. Some hop presence. Very clean and drinkable, far better than most macro lagers.

Hoppy brew and crisp pilsner. Worth a try because of a certain unique quality of the Zywiec taste.

An all around solid, malty lager. Nothing to rave about but not bad either.

Light golden color, White head, no lacing. Doughy taste slight hops. Smell of grass and flowers, opens up the warmer it gets. Pretty standard light lager

Moderate bitterness, light hop aroma. Vegetable and cooked corn notes. Sweet flavor (caramel). Fully diminishing head. Dark yellow and light body. Soft carbonation. Drinkable but nothing special.

It is a bad bad beer. Uninteresting appearance. Smells of chemicals or medicine. Watery, flat taste, again chemicals, metallic aftertaste. Nothing appealling in this beer. It clogs the stomach.

Steve: Not all that bad a lager, but not that great. This had kind of a skunky flavor, a little bit stale tasting. Not as nasty and metallic as those you find from former Soviet states, but for the most part absolutely unremarkable. I think this was missing a nice malty flavor, which made it kind of weak. Might’ve been better fresh, but because I live in Atlanta, that situation is not likely to improve.
