Everything together creates a unique combination of taste. Production of this Porter was moved to Bracki Bowar in 2004 .

500ml bottle. Park Rapids, MN. Bottled June 2010. Pours dark brown with a frothy tan head. Aroma is sweet chocolate, coffee, roasted malt. pretty nice. Taste is mostly sweet. Medium body with frothy texture. Overall, a little on the sweet side for my preference, but generally pretty nice. Aroma and flavor are pretty decent.

Dark (duh), somewhat a tad transparent. Nice head for a porter beer. A bit too bitter for my tastes, but on the overall it’s pretty decent. Has many smokey notes and some coffee-like ones.

Pleasant aroma of chocolate. Small head disappearing to thin layer. Clear, almost completely black colour. Intensive taste of bitter chocolate and roasted malts. Not too sweet, alcohol is well hidden.

Nydt fra flaske i pint glas. MHT 09-05-15.

Aroma is nice, mostly chocolate, some coffe and cherry. Pretty good baltic porter aroma. Brown 1 finger head with small bubbles, quickly disapears, stays only minimal line on beer with large bubbles in it. Nice lasing though. color is something between brown and black. From what I can see, clear. Taste: and here comes the trouble. Some chocolate, some coffe maybe. And a lot of alocohol. Alcohol is everywhere, a lot in bitternes, a lot in taste... this thing need to stay in my celar for year or longer and then I’ll maybe come back. Palate: as for baltic porter 21* its thin and a lot of alcohol. flat carbonation. Finish- alcohol. Overall: Alcohol is too high, way too high. There are way better baltic porters in Poland (Ciechan, Komes, Warmiński, Grand Imperial). This one really need to stay in cellar for a year or more to be drinkable. I’m disappointed. Although, it’s not totally bad beer. Just too much alcohol.

mgajdaczewa (688) - Katowice, POLAND - JAN 8, 2015

Butelka. Barwa ciemno brunatna z rubinowymi przebłyskami. Piana obfita brązowa zanikająca. Aromat słodki słodowy z nutą przypalonego karmelu. W smaku wytrawny solidnie zaznaczona palona goryczka. Alkohol dobrze ukryty niewyczuwalny. Piwo średnio nasycone.
