Coffe aroma is covered by metallic taste and short dry finish. Not my type of porter. Hold a big part of polish "porter market" just because it’s made by biggest beer company.

3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 Bif (529) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - AUG 11, 2011
Pours a dark brown with a tan head that slowly fades to good lacing.
Pleasant aroma of roasted malt, some chocolate and dark fruit with a very slight hint of alcohol. There is a rich roasted malt flavor with chocolate and a bit of fruit. Has a nice bitterness and a dry finish. Very medium body, smooth and creamy. The alcohol slowly sneaks in to make it complete. This is my first Baltic Porter, wow! Great beer to finish the day with.

33cl Bottle. Appearance is dark brown/black color with medium beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malts with prevalent fruitness. Taste is chocolate, roasted grains, bread, some flora hops and sugary sweet balancing. Palate is medium-bodied, smooth texture, average carbonation, and a sweet finish. Definitely the best Poland has to offer!
4.8 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20 sciencedude (54) - USA - JUL 31, 2011
Wow! Very full bodied porter. Tons of flavor. Chocolate at first, going to malt, with a coffee aftertaste. High AC+large container makes this a fantastic beer to drink by itself.

Bottle. Pours black with ruby/mahogany highlights and a large, creamy tan head, long retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is dark roasted malts (chocolate, coffee, roast) and dark fruits (figs, prunes, dates, raisins) with notes of earthy and minty hops. Flavor is dark roasted malt with medium hop bitterness, a drying finish, and dark fruit flavors in abundance. There is a light creaminess from the malt as well. Full body, medium warmth and carbonation.
3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 flemmingwillum (687) - Copenhagen S, DENMARK - JUL 21, 2011
Rating #599, bottle at some restaurant in Warszawa
This is a black beer with a light brown nice head. Aroma has chocolate, a bit coffee, loads of malts and some yeast. Not too exciting for a porter, but the taste makes up for it. It has bunches of chocolate, mild coffee, liqourice, a bit alcohol, a lot of hops and a warming feeling. A bit sourish to balance it all out. Very sturdy and definately a good porter, but it’s a shame that it has some metal especially in the finish. Palate is medium and soft.
3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Vaiz (1847) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - JUL 15, 2011
Pours pitch black with a huge tan head. Aroma is roasted with some salty sea wind and quite spicy. Flavor is roasted malts, almost burnt, quite bitter and spicy but nice smooth sweet as well. Great balance. One of the best brews I’ve ever found in a local night shop.
