Started in Glen Alpine, relocated to Morganton in 2007. Asheville's Biltmore location opened in 2014. the South Slope brewery opened in 2015. Charlotte brewery opened Mar 2017. Palmetto Brewing in Charlotte, SC acquired late 2017. Wilmington brewery opened Feb 2021. Acquired by Made by the Water in Oct 2021. Merge with Faubourg Oct 2022. Morganton plant subsequently closed and main production moved to Faubourg. Wilmington and Charlotte closed, Asheville locations still brewing small batch beers as of mid-2023.
