Founded in Vista, CA, moved mid-2011 to Mira Mesa in San Diego. Opened their barrel aging facility, Cellar 3 early 2015 and a new brewery in Virginia Beach, VA mid-2016, closing them March 2018. Brewpub in Lincoln, NE opened early 2018, closed late 2019. SD location closed late 2021, after Tilray purchase. Production since then in SweetWater's CO plant.
