Commenced brewing, as Organic Brewhouse, in 2000 at Unit 1 Rural Workshops, Higher Bochym, Cury Cross Lanes, Helston, TR12 7AZ. Changed name to Chough Brewery in 2009 following a move away from 100% organic production and subsequently changed name again to Cornish Chough. Moved to current location in 2011. Reported closed in 2019.
