Commenced producton in late 2008 under the same ownership as Milestone brewery. Brewing suspended in March 2010 after the pub changed ownership. Brewing initially reported as suspended pending a move to a new location in Lincoln. However, more recent reports suggest that the equipment has been sold to Dean Penney, the former brewer, who has formed Copthorne brewery so Cathedral presumed to have ceased brewing permanently.
