Details

For the 27th time the White Horse in London’s Parson’s Green is holding an Old Ale Festival to celebrate some of the world’s greatest beer styles.

Starting on November 27, at 12pm, and runs over three days until the evening of Sunday November 29, with at least 70 beers representing these historic styles from around the world.
Large and small family, regional and microbrewers alike will feature in the White Horse’s festival line-up – with such names as Harveys, Fullers, Brew Dog, Goachers, Crown, Nethergate, Ossett and Ascot all being represented.

Always looking for ‘firsts’, The White Horse will be featuring cask ale from Italy for the very first time at a pub beer festival, with beers from renowned Italian microbreweries Baladin and Birra del Brogo. This will involve a ‘meet the brewer’ event from 5pm on the Friday featuring Leonardo Di Vincenzo, and including beers such as Baladin Noel and Birra del Borgo Imperial Pilsner.
Not to be out done by Italy, the USA and Belgium are also adding to the line up with the beers from the Sierra Nevada and Verhaeghe breweries. Sierra Nevada will be serving up delights such as their Imperial Smoked Porter and Celebration, while Verhaeghe will be offering the splendid Duchesse de Bourgogne and Echt Kriekenbier in cask
