Join award-winning owner/brewmaster Hugh Sisson of Baltimore’s Clipper City Brewery, and CulinAerie principal Susan Holt as we take the traditional cheese and beer pairing one step further. We’ve matched Clipper City seasonal beers with 3 delicious dishes--each of which has a particular cheese component--in this unique beer tasting/participation class.

Menu:

Salad of Apple, Celeriac, Horseradish and Maytag Blue (Clipper City Marz Hon)
Braised Chicken with Tomatoes, Olives, Feta, and Oregano (Loose Cannon Hop 3 Ale, Small Craft Warning Uber Pils)
Pumpkin Mascarpone Trifle (Mystery Beer, only for private and restaurant release)
