MI Beer Tasting to Benefit the 1st Battalion, 24th Marines Memorial.

Beers from the following Breweries will be featured:
Arbor Brewing Company, Arcadia Brewing Company, Atwater Block Brewery, Bell’s Brewery, Dark Horse Brewing Co., Detroit Beer Company, Dragonmead Microbrewery, Founders Brewing Company, Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales, Keweenaw Brewing Company, Kuhnhenn Brewing Co., Michigan Brewing Co., Motor City Brewing Works, New Holland Brew Co., North Peak Brewing Co., Short’s Brewing Company.

The tasting begins at 6:00 pm and includes light appetizers.

You must be 21 years of age to attend. Tickets are non-refundable.

The 1/24 Memorial Committee was formed to build a permanent Memorial to honor the service and sacrifice of the 22 Marines who gave their lives in Iraq from the 1st Battalion, 24th Marine Regiment.

1-24 is headquartered aboard Selfridge Air National Guard Base (H&S Company), Alpha Company is located in Grand Rapids, MI; Bravo Company is located in Saginaw, MI; Charlie Company is located in Lansing MI; and Weapons Company is located in Perrysburg, OH
