Off-Mondial de la Bière after parties.

Night of the funk will feature special releases of funky beers from Le Cheval Blanc as well as a mini-mondial night with guest bottles from both sides of the Atlantic focusing on funky, wild and sour beers.

Le Cheval Blanc line-up for that night :
- Saison de Seigle (aged 5 months in Chardonnay barrel)
- Saison de Seigle aged 7 months with brettanomyces
- Saison Blanche (a spicy wheat saison aged with bretts)
- 2 years old Imperial Stout
- Summit IPA on cask
- Brett Warrior ( our single hop Warrior IPA 100% fermented with bretts, bottle conditionned)
