As part of our weekly Thursday Brewery events, The Wild Goose is proud to welcome Ithaca Beer Company for the first time! One New York’s best breweries, the gang from Ithaca will be in the house, bringing a great new lineup of draft beers with them to The Goose, so come on down and get your FREE samples!
First up: CASCAZILLA. This 94-rated Amber Ale is an amazing beer, made with huge amounts of Cascade hops. Tasting of citrus, malt, caramel, and more, it’s one of the finest ales out there, period.
Next we have ITHACA TWELVE. This limited release from their Excelsior series is a great example of the Belgian Quadrupel style, clocking in at an astounding 12.00% ABV and featuring a unique blend of Trappist yeast strains.
The first wheat beer is WHITE GOLD, another limited release Excelsior beer. A totally unique American-Belgian wheat hybrid, it’s perfect for the summer! Light, refreshing, but with a dry finish and an 8.00% ABV, this beer will be one of the best you have in a long time.
The fourth beer to be sampled is FLOWER POWER. The 7.5% IPA is 93-rated and is certainly one to try, it’s multi-faceted aroma and tastes of hops, malts, citrus, toffee, pineapple, and more!

So come on down to the Goose and try some fantastic beers!
