Pairings’ beloved beer-tasting series, “Suds in the City,” is back with its third installment, “Micro Madness”! On Thursday, December 9th, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., attendees can sample a selection of beers produced in small, independent breweries, including Avery (Colorado), Stone (California), Dark Horse (Michigan), Anderson Valley (California), and Atlantic (Maine). Hosted by Pairings’ resident beverage guru Jonas Atwood and Chef Stuart Race, in conjunction with the Atlantic Importing Company, the event will feature a range of styles, including Stout, IPA, and seasonal brews. As in every edition of the “Suds in the City” series, there will be an assortment of small bites served that complement the beers. The “Suds in the City: Micro Madness” tasting is $25 per person. Pairings restaurant is located in the Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers, at 50 Park Plaza, Boston, MA 02116.
