Flying Saucer Draught Emporium will host a four-course beer dinner with Chris Bauweraerts, founder of Belgian brewery Brasserie d’Achouffe, on Thursday, Jan. 13 at 6 p.m. at its downtown location at 705 Main Street.

During the exclusive dinner, guests will enjoy a rare speaking engagement with Bauweraerts while being treated to four different beers from Brasserie d’Achouffe, including La Chouffe, McChouffe, Houblon Chouffe and N’Ice Chouffe. These beers will be served in four courses with specially selected food items, such as smoked salmon with dilled crème fraiche and toasted rounds, as well as a Bosc pear with mixed greens wrapped in Prosciutto di Parma.

Tickets for the dinner are $45 for U.F.O. Club members and $50 for the general public. Only 35 seats are available for the evening, so advance reservations are strongly encouraged. Tickets can be purchased in person at Flying Saucer’s location at 705 Main Street in downtown Houston or by calling (713) 228-9472.
