The Stable will be putting on a very special beer dinner on Monday, April 25th featuring five courses paired with beers from Founders Brewing. The dinner will begin at 6:30PM and the price for this event is $60 which does not included tax and gratuity. Reservations can be made by calling 314-771-8500. Here’s a look at the menu:
Beer reception featuring Cerise
Appetizer course: Saffron Artichoke Flatbread, Chilled Shrimp Salad tossed with an IPA Vinaigrette served on an Endive Spea
Double Trouble (2011)
Salad Course: Roasted Beet Salad with Sweet Corn and Goat Cheese tossed in a Citrus Vinaigrette
Nemesis (2011)
Main Course: Steamship Roast with a Bourbon Molasses glaze, Smoked Baked Potato (Bacon, Sour Cream, Butter, Green Onion, Candied Pecans, Cheddar, and other assorted toppings.), Roasted Glazed Carrots
Black Biscuit (2010)
