Ok it seems that we are set for the 23rd. Our idea is to have it on a Saturday at 12 noon. We will start with a visit to a local beer distributor with 180+ beer selection, they are having a grand openning with lots of free stuff. The basic plan is everyone brings 10 beers for other Ratebeer folks to sample. Lodging can be at a local low priced hotel if needed. There will be no cost for the event other than your own expenses.
