Donn Bischel, Midwest Regional Manager for Dogfish Head will lead us through a tasting of some special Dogfish Head brews: 2010 Pangea, 2010 Theobroma, 2009 Chateau Jiahu & 2010 Midas Touch. Each is paired with cheese from our friends at Scardello Artisan Cheeses.
