Kelso of Brooklyn will be sampling three beers on TAP!!! paired with Maya Kaimal’s Indian curries and sauces. Come sample Kelso’s flavorful, fresh, and easy drinking beers, Nut Brown Lager, Pilsner, Carrollgaarden Wit (our seasonal wheat beer with coriander, orange peel and chamomile-yummy) (www.kelsoofbrooklyn.com). Award winning cookbook author Maya Kaimal makes her sauces from the finest all natural ingredients available using traditional techniques meaning no shortcuts (www.mayakaimal.com). We will have at least three of her sauces to sample. And last but not least, our friendly neighbor and budding singer songwriter Sandra Hong with Laura Sjogren will provide a live acoustic set.
