First Course- Sir Williams ESB abv 4.8%
Robust with an excellent balance between hops and malt. Pale Ale Malt, Aromatic, & Crystal malts combine with the Galena and Fuggles hops to create a sure-fire favorite.
Grilled tiger prawn
Atop crispy manchego polenta
Chayote and cilantro-ginger chimichurri
Second Course- Ring of Fire Abv 7%
This brillant golden ale begins with a sweet malty front, with a slight floral hop note then finishes spicy hot.
Pulled short rib sloppy joe
Jalapeno cole slaw
Third Course- Castlebrite Apricot Ale ABV 5.1%
This ale uses an apricot puree, and pale malt. The beer starts with a subtle sweetness and slight apricot flavor; finishing with a palate-cleansing tartness.
