Winter brings beer enthusiasts another celebrated season of small batch, special ales, and picking a few favorites is challenging, at best. We’ve put our man Greg Engert on the job this year and he’s rounded up his favorite, rarest seasonal beers for our annual Holiday Tasting in Birch & Barley. On Monday, December 12, we welcome an intimate group for a sampling of seven impressive beers (full list below) and small dishes, paired to each brew, from Chef Kyle Bailey.
