Flying Saucer on the Lake will host their inaugural Winter Beer Dinner with a special selection of rare and seasonal winter brews, paired with a seasonal food menu, Thursday, Dec. 15 beginning at 6:30 p.m. at its location on Lake Ray Hubbard at 4821 Bass Pro Drive.

Food and beer pairings for the evening include: Rogue Santa’s Private Reserve Ale, served with sriracha and wasabi deviled eggs; Brooklyn Winter Ale, alongside zesty cornbread with a tangy corn relish; Affligem Noel, a Belgian Christmas beer from Brouwerij Affligem, served with jalapeno and pomegranate glazed ham; Scaldis Noel, paired with twice-baked sweet potatoes and marshmallows; St. Bernardus Christmas Ale, served with a dessert of raspberry-and-pistachio-crusted tart; and Rahr & Sons Whiskey Winter Warmer as a standalone beer to conclude the meal.

Tickets are $40 for U.F.O Club members and $45 for non-members. There are a limited number of tickets available, so advanced purchase is highly recommended. Guests may purchase tickets in person at the Flying Saucer on the Lake location or by calling 972-226-0725.
