p.m. This event pairs truly out-of-market brews with amazing dishes from the hands of Chef Carlos Delgado.

Dish: Lime & Orange Macaroons / Foie Gras Mousse
Brew: Lost Abbey Inferno Ale — pale ale (8.5% ABV)

Dish: Goat Cheese Ravioli / Duo of Raisin Purée & Citrus Pop Rocks
Brew: Hair of the Dog Fred — strong ale (10% ABV)

Dish: Sous Vide Shrimp Dumplings / Dashi, Quail & Yuzu
Brew: Cigar City Guava Grove — saison (8% ABV)

Dish: Braised Pork Belly / Coffee Migas, House Smoked Bacon Lardon, Smoked Espuma
Brew: Alaskan Smoked Porter — porter (6.5% ABV)

Dish: Coconut Pudding / Lavender Ice Cream, Vanilla, Dried Caramel
Brew: Alchemist Heady Topper — IPA (8% ABV)
