MIP BEER DINNER
( PRONOUNCED DIESEL )
This classic Irish stout is smooth, approachable and simply delicious. The beer is dark black with a thick creamy white head. The bitter roasted barley character, which is typical of all stouts, is perfectly balanced with the roundness provided by caramel and chocolate malts. The beer is not heavy or cloying, but actually smooth and satisfying. Hop flavor, aroma and bitterness is subdued in this beer. The moderate alcohol (5.8% by volume) allows for multiple pints to easily be enjoyed.
SNO BELGIAN STYLE WIT
is a traditional Belgian Wit. It is a light, yeast infused wheat beer with a white/light yellow color. It is an effervescent, refreshing summer ale. The addition of orange peel and spices in the brewing process create a complex, thirst quenching beer. The lower alcohol content and light body ensure ultimate drinkability. Topped with an orange wedge (if you wish) and frothy long-lasting head presents the perfect solution to our hot humid Michigan Summer.
This classic American Style Pale Ale has been honed and perfected for over 15 years. Tens of thousands of pints have been joyfully savored. The beer has a light amber color and a medium body. The hops grab center stage and carry the flavor with a light drying citrusy palate. Although hoppy, the beer is easy drinking and contains a mid-range alcohol level of 5.8%.
BRIK IRISH RED ALE
Whereas hops are the star in AXL, the complex harmony of malt dominates this easy drinking Red Ale. Five different malts are skillfully blended to create a medium bodied, crowd-pleasing ale. The nose breathes caramel, malt and complexity. The beer is medium bodied, has the appropriate alcohol of 4.8% and is definitely a beer deserving the title, "session beer".
