Lake Country Rotary’s 6 Annual Beer and Cheese centric event.
Friday June 29th experience an up close and personal presentation of artisan cheese and beers. Our Friday Flight event will feature the award winning artisan Cheesemaker Sartori Cheese and world class Leinenkugels Beer. This is a rare opportunity to be one of a select group to spend time with the Cheesemaker and Brewer to taste and listen to how the award wining cheeses and beers are produced and what makes their taste profiles so uniqROSEMARY & OLIVE OIL ASIAGO
Heralded as the “dew of the sea,” Rosmarinus officinalis provides the perfect savory high note for this rich, nutty and fruity taste sensation. A gold-medal winner of the 2008 World Championship Cheese Contest, this extraordinary delight wears its laurels as lightly as the perfect balance of hand-rubbed rosemary and Italian olive oil.

With a rich appearance and smooth, robust, yet easy-drinking taste, Leinie’s Red has been winning over red enthusiasts since 1993. Winner of the 1998 Silver and 2002 Gold Awards for Vienna-Style Lager at the World Beer Cup®ue.
Sublimely sweet and smooth with a creamy, peppery finish, our Fontina is delightful by itself, and perfectly wonderful company when melted. In fact, when you see it as a golden-browned topping, or taste it in sauces and stuffed pasta fillings, it’s often your willpower that does the melting.
Brewed with just a touch of coriander spice, our award-winning Belgian-style witbier has a slight creaminess, dry tart finish and soothing citrus character that’s well complemented with an orange slice. Winner of the 2006 Silver Medal at the Great American Beer Festival® and 2006 Bronze Award at the World Beer Cup® in the Herb and Spice category.
Ask a pear or walnut which cheese they prefer and they’ll say, “One that’s fruity, with hints of lightly roasted caramel, aged to crumbly perfection.” In other words, our finest Parmesan. Which, in all modesty, is also America’s most highly decorated Parmesan, thanks to the skill of our cheesemakers and the good taste of judges around the world. Saluté.
Leinenkugel’s Summer Shandy® is our take on a traditional German radler. Crisp, refreshing and brewed with natural lemonade flavor, it’s perfect for the sun-splashed summer months.
The fruit of the black pepper vine, used since antiquity in European cuisine, is present here again to accent our finest creation — rich, nutty, creamy BellaVitano. By adding just the right pinch of cracked black peppercorns, we impart a spicy zestiness that’s nothing to sneeze at. To the beautiful life!
The brilliant amber color, premium blends of malts and subtle, yet unmistakable citrus hop complexity make Classic Amber a 100% all-malt masterpiece.
Like a finely tailored, pinstriped Italian suit, our blue-veined friend is always distinctive. Extra cream and indulgent aging are the secrets to this mild, rich cheese-lover’s dream. Gorgonzola was first born in the town of the same name near Milan in 879 A.D. Perfected by Sartori in 2007, this award-winning “dolce latte,” or sweet milk–style Gorgonzola, is especially silky and smooth.
Bright golden orange color, big citrus hop nose, immediate hop bitter upfront that leads to a nice malt balance and finishes long and dry, made with Warrior, Cascade, Simcoe and Amarillo hops backed by Munich Caramel and Pale Ale malts.
