Grab your composition book and begin a collegiate education in beer. In-house brew expert Greg Engert will lead a small group through a variety of beer-related topics, each enlivened with history and industry observations, every month.

Details: Beer Academy classes are $24 per person, with reduced pricing offered for packages of 3 or 6 classes. All classes include tasters of at least six beers and are held at Rustico at 4075 Wilson Blvd in Arlington from 1 to 3 p.m. Please call 571-384-1820 to reserve a seat or sign up in the restaurant.
