Pi Pizzeria Executive Chef, Steven Caravelli shares some great pizza and maybe a pizza secret or two, while St. Louis Post-Dispatch Hip Hops columnist Evan Benn talks and pairs craft beers with each dish. Onion Dip with Spudmaster Chips; Deep Dish Chicken, Artichoke and Spinach Pizza; Deep Dish Sausage, Mushrooms, Onions and Green Peppers and Thin Crust Olive Oil, Goat Cheese, Prosciutto and Figs. For dessert, Oatmeal Stout Chocolate Pudding.
