We celebrate #IPADay in Shanghai at both Boxing Cat Brewery locations as we release a special IPA on this day-Hoppy Ending White IPA. These beers will pour for IPA Day:
TKO IPA- Boxing Cat’s standard American IPA hopped with Cascade and Simcoe Hops- 62 IBU’s and 6.3 % ABV.
Big Boy Double IPA- Our limited release double IPA. Brewed with 5 different hop varieties including Chinook, Cascade, Simcoe, Amarillo and Citra Hops. Double dry-hopped with 95 IBU’s and 9.4 % ABV (limited release so 60rmb for Imperial Pint)
Hoppy Ending White IPA- A Brewers Choice offering that combines the Belgian Wit and American IPA style. Brewed with Orange Peel, Coriander, Belgian yeast and hopped with Cascade and Citra hops. IBUS-55 and 5.6% ABV
Brewdog Hardcore IPA- On bottle special for 35rmb.
