Tasting with real Brussels Lambic beers, made according the tradition: the spontaneous fermentation.
The visitors will discover the different Cantillon beers with the best daintiness that will be served and explained by Cantillonís friends. As for the Cantillon beers, all the accompanying specialities are made by artisans, advocates of the quality and natural food. This year, the Italian Piemonte is in the place of honor with the help of Slow Food Piemonte.
Also, 3 Italians brewers are invited who are working in the same philosophy and will present their beers.
This event will end with an exceptional and unique tasting: a Lambic fermented in amphoraís !
