Farmentation Beer Dinner
The SEP 29th Farmentation Beer Dinner menu has be finalized:
The menu looks amazing!
All ingredients have been sourced from local farmers and producers.
We’ll start with a deconstructed bloody mary, warm bread, and cheeses. Beer pairing is Rye Knot Saison.
We’ll move on to a salad of wheatberries and smoked cranberries with a mustard and maple vinaigrette. Paired with draft BrewFarm Select Golden Lager.
THEN, a squash bisque with creme fraiche and pumpkinseed oil. Paired with Saison Rhu (Rhubarb).
Moving on...a fish terrine with smoked trout and white fish with roasted zucchini and red pepper. Paired with Sorachi Ace Single Hop Lager.
Next up, braised beef brisket with roasted beets, onion, mushrooms along with wild rice and sauerkraut cakes. Paired with Mocha Diablo (Stout with peppers).
Dessert is a scrumptious apple cheese cake. Paired with AuBEXXX (strong golden ale).
For herbivores in the group, there is a delectable vegetarian option - we just need you to let us know, and we’ll create a plate especially for you!

Parking - If there are no parallel parking spots available around the driveway, park on the north side of 80th Ave.
Musical Entertainment - Our special guest, world-renowned pianist, Steven C Anderson, will be playing his beautiful music during the reception and dinner.
Movie after dinner - We’ll have a couple fire pits stoked to keep us warm while sitting under the night sky and watching the movie. Bring your camp / lawn chairs, warm outerwear, and a comfy blanket. The movie is 50 minutes in length.
