Florida International University will be hosting their first annual
Biscayne Brewers Expo, next sunday, November 4th. It will be held from
12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Biscyane Bay campus. The event is focused on
showcasing local craft beer from breweries, brewpubs, and even some
brewing clubs from the local area. Also Chef Roger Probst, a culinary
instructor for F.I.U., will be making his famous spent grain bread and
pretzels. Accompanied by reduced beer butters, and an irish red beer
mustard.
