Join Beer and Spirits Ambassador Isaac Hartman for a holiday cocktail demo. Features traditional recipes from around the globe - each given a local twist by Trillium mixologists.

Participants will rotate in groups of five through the stations to learn how to make each cocktail and of course, sample them along with deliciously-paired appetizers.

You’ll enjoy:
Hot Grolsch: Cazadores reposado, Chef Joel’s hot sauce, lime, Full Circle Kolsch Style-Beer
Fall Fashion: Beer Barrel Bourbon, muddled apple/ginger, cardamom simple syrup, angostura
Garden Collins: Knickerbocker Gin, mint, lemon, soda, celery bitters
Cuban Christmas: Huron Rum, maple syrup/pumpkin puree, balsamic gastrique

All participants go home with the recipes and more food ideas to create an amazing holiday party menu of their own.
