Meddlesome Moth’s Mysterium Verum Beer Dinner
Meddlesome Moth will host a special beer dinner featuring Real Ale Brewing Company’s Mysterium Verum barrel-aged series Monday, Nov. 26 at 6 p.m. with Erik Ogershok, brewmaster at Real Ale, leading the evening.
Real Ale’s Mysterium Verum is a series of experimental beers that the company has been working on for several years by aging select beers in oak barrels, stainless steel barrels or a combination of the two. This beer dinner may be the first time for seven Mysterium Verum beers to be showcased at a single event.
Executive chef David McMillan has planned a five-course dinner to pair with select beers for the evening, which will kick off with a starter brew at the bar. The beers to be showcased for the evening are listed below, along with the paired dinner menu.
