Schlafly turns 21 at ChurchKey! 21 Tap Takeover + Anniversary Party w/ Founders Dan Kopman & Tom Schlafly!

We had way too much fun feting our good friends from Schlafly Brewing last year on their 20th anniversary...so it only makes sense that ChurchKey is getting ready to celebrate their big 21 on Tuesday, December 11th 2012!

The brewery’s founders, and old friends of ChurchKey, Dan Kopman and Tom Schlafly will be in the house sharing stories of their amazing run craft brewing in St. Louis, Missouri since 1990! Come on by to toast their achievements on being the first, and still finest, craft brewer from St. Louis!

And as far as what to drink on this memorable night, we will be offering 21 different Schlafly brews on DRAFT, including some fresh 2012 Hop Harvest and Christmas Ale, the white-hot Tasmanian IPA, the always alluring Bourbon Barrel-Aged Barleywine, and we will even be pouring tasters and full-glasses from bottles of the brand-spanking-new Single Malt Scottish Ale! Brewed for the 21st anniversary, Single Malt Scottish Ale is brewed with a single variety of barley, Optic, from the Cook family farm in Scotland (owned by Mr. Kopman’s in-laws). It is then aged in freshly-emptied Highland Scotch Whisky barrels...

There is no admission charge for this event, and all Schlafly brews will be priced individually by the glass and in 4 Oz. taster pours.
