• A special four course pre-fixe craft beer-paired dinner that is a “Celebration of the Pig” with each course featuring pork related ingredients. Available all week after 5pm, cost: $35

Here’s a description from our sous chef there:

Essentially 2 different menus and as 1 item drops off it’ll be replaced with the one from the 2nd menu. So by Sunday it is an entirely different menu from Tuesday.

1: Pickled Pigs Feet Salad
2: Braised Pork Cheek, Brussels Sprouts, Pickled Apples, Turnip Puree, (sauce TBD)
3: Pork Belly Confit, Salsify, Braised Cabbage, Bacon Gastrique
4: Bacon Sugar Cookie, Chocolate Spiced Milk

1: Pig’s Ear Nachos - meaning the fried pig’s ears are actually in place of the tortilla chips, obviously I know we already have nachos on the menu, so the toppings will be entirely different.
2: Pork Jowl Hoppin’ John, Braised Mustard Greens
3: Pork Verde
4: Bacon Pumpkin Pie, Whiskey Whipped Cream


ALSO FEATURING:

• The release of our 2nd special Beachwood Anniversary beer, “Beachwood Six,” a smoked black saison, available both in bottles and on draft.

• The tapping of a vintage keg of our 1st special Beachwood Anniversary beer, “High Five,” a saison made with Chinese long pepper, saffron and annatto seed, aged on brettanomyces. (Only keg in existence)

• Special “Winterfest 2012” draft list consisting of world-class vintage and new holiday craft beers from around the world. Including some of our favorites and previous years’ special anniversary brews from our friends at New Belgium Brewing Co., The Bruery, Triple Rock Brewing and more.
